If you’re on the hunt for a delightful Tex-Mex experience in the heart of Pasig, look no further than Silantro Fil-Mex Cantina. Located at 75 E Capitol Dr, this charming eatery beckons with its vibrant atmosphere and tantalizing menu that features the best of Filipino-Mexican fusion cuisine.

As you step inside Silantro, the colorful decor and lively ambiance envelop you, creating an inviting space to enjoy a meal. While the restaurant does have limited seating, it resonates with a warm, friendly vibe that makes you feel right at home. However, do keep in mind that parking can be a little tricky, so plan your visit accordingly!

Prepare your taste buds for an explosion of flavors as you dive into their acclaimed Beef Nachos. Expertly layered with generous portions of cheese, guacamole, and their signature white garlic sauce, this dish has received rave reviews. Customer Sheila C mentions how delicious the nachos are, especially when drizzled with that creamy sauce, making it a must-try!

If you’re in the mood for something hearty, venture into the savory realms of their Lamb Chops or the succulent Grilled Mahi-Mahi. Reviewers like Stephen Roy Chua Rojas highlighted the lamb chops as "delicious, savory, and delectably flavored," perfect for meat lovers seeking a fulfilling meal. For those looking for comfort in a bowl, the Chicken and Corn Chowder is praised for its rich yet balanced flavors—ideal for rainy days!

Despite a few critiques regarding its cash-only policy and limited payment options, patrons have consistently praised the quality of the dishes and the friendly service. As M noted, while they would love more payment flexibility, the satisfaction derived from a well-executed meal outweighs the inconvenience of having to pay in cash. It’s this reliability of quality that keeps customers returning for more.

Although Silantro may need some updates to its facilities, the food remains the star of the show. The experience is not just about a meal; it’s about sharing good food and moments with friends and family. With outdoor seating available, it’s a fantastic spot to enjoy a casual meal while soaking in the lively surroundings of Pasig.

In summary, Silantro Fil-Mex Cantina is a gem that captures the essence of Tex-Mex dining with its hearty flavors and genuine spirit. Come for the nachos, stay for the vibes, and embrace an unpretentious dining experience that’s as memorable as it is delicious!

Delicious, savory and delectably flavored lamb and beef medium rare steaks. Thd chicken and corn chowder was chunky and rich but not overwhelming in seasoning.so comforting for rainy weather

Cash payment only. Here’s to hoping that they would include other payment options. Limited space. 4/5 service. Could definitely be improved. Recommendations: Beef Nachos, lamb chops. I tried their soup for the first time and I was not disappointed. Their beef nachos is the same in every branch (same portion and always delicious). Their Caesar salad was okay only, nothing special. The lamb chops is so delicious! Something to consider: it is near a church but you wouldn’t hear anything when dining inside.

We had lunch here last Saturday. New Staff since our last Visit. I ordered the Grilled Mahi Mahi and Grilled Chicken Skewers, both meals were delicious. Best to pair with the sauces they provide. We also ordered Plain Nachos. Service was Good except the part where they forgot that we ordered Nachos. Still a Cash Only Place.

Needs a little renovation. Also needs to have GCash and Credit Card Option in this day and age. Food still good

This is a cash-only establishment, so I hope they consider adding more payment options. The food was great—what you see on the menu is exactly what you get

Reliable spot for cheap yet enjoyable Filmex fare. We love their beef nachos when drizzled with a bit of their white garlic sauce. Note that parking’s limited so can be quite tricky. They also accept cash only.

We enjoyed our food and was very full! Serving of each food was perfect, they're delicious as well. Place has outdoor and indoor seating. Their fish taco was a bit bland but all good 1 order comes with 2 tacos. Sauces was nice too. Packed with fresh veggies. Wish we could try their mains maybe on our next visit with friends. Staff was nice and friendly too.
